Aba bayobozi basanga iyi yaba imwe mu nzira zo kurushaho kwita ku buzima bwo mu mutwe bw’abakozi, kuko byagaragaye ko iki ari kimwe mu bibazo bibangamiye abakozi hirya no hino mu bigo.

Agira ati “Ubundi amashami ashinzwe imicungire y’abakozi mu bigo, ni yo agomba kuzana iyo balance (ubwo buringanire) uvuga. Bakita ku nyungu z’umukoresha ariko bakibuka n’inyungu z’umukozi. Navuga ko ari n’umuhigo ku mashami ashinzwe abakozi, kumenya neza ko bita ku nyungu z’umukoresha ariko n’umukozi, kuko nib wo bamenya ngo umukozi agomba kuba ameze ate, yitaweho ate, abanye ate n’abakoresha be […]”.

Agaragaza ko aba bashinzwe abakzi bakwiye gutinyuka kubwira abayobora ibigo ko icya mbere bakwiye kwitaho ari abakozi, riza ko kutita ku buzima bw’abakozi byagira ingaruka ku musaruro w’ikigo.
