Kuki umurwayi aterwa urushinge ku kibuno kandi arwaye iryinyo?

Tuzigira ku kibuno (Gluteal muscles), tukazigira ku kuboko (Deltoid muscle), ari na yo imenyereweho kuba bakingira ahanini cyane, bitanabujijwe ko hari igihe wakingirwa ku bibero, ibyo biterwa n’inkingo, bigaterwa n’ahantu uwo muti woroherezwa kugera vuba, ahantu ugomba gukora akazi kawo.”
